Hosted desktop and cloud provider VESK has been hit by a major two-day login outage - the second such incident to occur at the London-based company in the last month.
The issue began yesterday morning and knocked customers' Citrix desktop services offline and webmail - with the latter restored yesterday.
In its latest update at 12:17 the biz said: "Our team are continuing to work through restoring services to the Citrix Desktop.
"Some customers will now be back online however we are working to restore all services as soon as possible. Our infrastructure team are working on this as a top priority and we will keep you updated on progress. We will update you further at 14:00 today."
However, one customer confirmed at 14:30 that the problem was ongoing.
He said: "Mail is back up and running but we still don't have access to our desktop - this means communication and information are both severely compromised. Not great for a small (10 strong) consultancy business with lots of remote working. Not happy!"
A failed hard disk in its Storage Access Network caused a “panic event” on 26 August, taking down email services and certain instances hosted on the same platform.
The biz previously boasted on its website that customers had enjoyed 100 per cent uptime for the past 1,583 days.
However, that claim has since been “removed”.
