Computacenter's German tentacle is snapping up an Apple dealer, assuming regulators do not object.

Computacenter GmbH is offering €4.9m for Apple integrator HSD Consult GmbH from the Gravis Group. There is an extra €0.5m available in earn-outs by the end of 2011 which depends on "the level of acquired skills".

Britain's biggest reseller said the deal would boost its business in mobility integration.

Computacenter's statement on its German purchase is here. ®
