Computacenter's French tentacle is paying €21m for Paris-based reseller Top Info SAS.

The deal will see Computacenter pay €21m initially, followed by a €1m cash bonus at year end, dependent on performance, and a further €15m in cash for the anticipated net cash on the books at the closing date – end of March 2011.

Top Info has four offices in France and about 240 staff. The distie and integrator specialises in large corporate clients and public sector contracts.

Top Info and its management will be integrated into Computacenter's French business – which has had a tough few years. Computacenter expects the deal to add to profits for the year.

The deal represents gross assets of €62.8m. Top Info made profits last year of €4.5m on sales of €147.2m.

Computacenter's statement on Top Info is here. ®
