WildPackets adds inTechnology to keep an eye on things

Distie for performance management software

Network and application performance management system vendor WildPackets has announced inTechnology Distribution as distributor for the Australian market.

The appointment adds the WatchPoint and OmniPeek software to inTechnology’s software offerings.

The 11-year-old distributor describes itself as specialising in security, management and control.

WatchPoint is an appliance-based system providing network monitoring and reporting, while OmniPeek provides analysis and troubleshooting capabilities covering both lower-layer protocols (Ethernet and wireless, for example), MPLS and VPN characteristics, and application behaviour (such as voice and video).

Other vendors represented by inTechnology include Juniper, Xirrus and Proxy Networks. ®
