BSG rebrand complete
Business Systems Group Ltd has now been rebranded Advanced 365 Ltd following its purchase in 2009.
Advanced Computer Software Group plc now has three divisions:
Advanced Business SolutionsAdvanced Health & Care
Advanced 365 (Managed Services)
BSG, bought by Advanced for £15.5m in 2009, makes up the majority of the managed services division. BSG has a history as a big corporate reseller before reinventing itself as a services provider.
The health division is made up of Adastra, Cerrus, Healthy Software and StaffPlan.
COA Solutions makes up the bulk of the Business Solutions division.
The firm, which claims 800 staff and 7,000 customers, will stay focused on the healthcare market. ®
