SecureWorks snaps up dns

UK-based security consultancy acquired by US firm

Security firm SecureWorks has acquired UK-based managed security services and consulting outfit dns. Terms of the deal, announced Tuesday, were undisclosed.

dns has been providing managing security devices in the UK and throughout EMEA for the last ten years. The firm also runs an identity and access management service.

In a statement, Atlanta-based SecureWorks said the deal will allow it to open up offices in London and Edinburgh and expand its business in Europe. ®
