UK2.net, the web host which last week lost its customers' emails, is still working on the completion of the email migration - originally promised to be completed by last night.
An update to its service blog reveals engineers are still moving emails across and hope to finish this process by tonight.
UK2.net suffered a storage array failure last week which meant customers lost email access.
Managing director Martin Baker told us on Friday that customers' data was safe and the migration would be completed by Sunday evening.
The company's service blog also warns: "We have also identified an issue with the migration of passwords and are looking into this currently, however if you’re unable to access your account due to a password authentication issue please raise a ticket here and we will reset this manually for you in the meantime."
The web host has also been forced to take its mercury.safeukdns.net server offline for emergency maintenance. ®
