Concorde Informatics has bought fellow Yorkshire reseller Phase CRS for an undisclosed sum.
Phase CRS boss Chris Walker joins the company as CTO and is taking a stake in the enlarged business.
Phase brings 24 people and £2m to the table, to take Concorde's pro forma revenues to £9m and headcount to 70.
This is Concorde's first M&A deal since it was bought just a month ago for a "seven figure consideration" by ICM Computer Group veterans Colin Meakins and Barry Roberts.
Concorde has HP and Microsoft badges and a couple of bespoke software divisions targeting the automotive and public safety sectors.
Here is the Phase CRS release, with quotes and stuff. ®
