Square Group Limited, the Apple reseller, has bought Gordon Harwood Computers, an Apple dealer based in Alfreton and Derby.
GHC decided it needed to be part of a bigger organisation if it was to thrive and survive in future. For 26 years it's been selling Apple kit by mail order, retail and online.
Darren King, Managing Director of London-based Square Group Ltd, said: "GHC had a solid reputation in the Midlands and Square had been looking to improve coverage in that area - especially to support its hotel entertainment business."
Square Group reckons it will be "injecting fresh vigour and investment into GHC, building on the organisation's previous successes in the areas of EPOS & telecoms within the Mac market."
