Maurice Healy has resigned as CEO of Calyx (http://www.calyxgroup.com/), the Anglo-Irish reseller group he navigated (http://www.channelregister.co.uk/2007/07/04/calyx_shareholders_approve_mbo/) through a €104m MBO last year, ENN.ie reports (http://www.channelregister.co.uk/2007/07/04/calyx_shareholders_approve_mbo/). His replacement is Tara Brady, who joined the company from Getronics in June as chief operating officer.
Healy remains a shareholder.
