Comments on: US Intel case delayed again

shouldn't be an issue with Email Archives..

Thumb Down

consider that both sides are SEC regulated companies and as such have a duty to archive important business records.

the solicitors and their interns are going to have a field day with yet another year of delay. the good part is with email archiving being so important, eDiscovery will play a vital and very public role.

the bad part is that it will add more B.S. for the court to have to dive into, thus probably delaying the original motion to the point of it being stale and useless.

Joke

Thumb Down

Instead doing it quick they just postpone till infinity. Allowing Intel to do what they were doing thus achieving nothing.

I understand this approach with civil cases where people don't have time /cash to quickly gather evidence. But this kind of companies can do this in days if pressured, easily. They have almost infinite resources to do this.

It seems a shame

Stop

To see so much energy, vitality and dynamics tied up in something quite so destructive. Perhaps us customers/consumers ought to say "Give up this folly and give us better much improved kit!"
