Abbreviations are not generally capitalised, though acronyms often are. Never really understand these buyouts, what really do you get for your money? Possibly, the client base - but that is fickle. The employees are even more fickle. You might go for their software base - but that is often tied to the employees. Normally it is done just to reduce the competition and get a better foot hold for your own business. Never mind the grammar, the maths?By TeeCee

If they're paying 42 million quid and the '07 revenue was 38 million quid, how exactly is the one "a little more than two times" the other? I've heard of creative accounting, but even Andersens might think that there was something not quite right about that one..
