I think it would be cool for Dell UK to have a base in Derbyshire (the part with postcode DE11)

Whereas over here in the States they've recently launched a new ProSupport line for direct support of small businesses...

Dell wants to take over the channel, they just haven't figured out how to do it yet. Put your trust in Dell at your own risk!
