A US commission,
heeding Acer's petition,
will investigate cries of foul play
The Taiwanese firm,
was moved to discern,
HPs gear borrows their patent cachet
"US Internal Trade Commission,
won't you set prohibition,
on its merchandise reaching the States?
We cannot abide,
to stand idly aside,
and let our attorneys stagnate."
ITC flexing its might
told HP to hold tight
while an administrative judge surveys
the damage incurred
which Acer averred
with an investigation of 45 days.
The commission, it seems
is not choosing teams,
in this endless corporate gunplay
As HP's requested,
the agency tested
similar claims about Acer last May. ®
