Bell Micro yesterday announced a new online marketing tool for its reseller partners to use to punt their wares and keep costs low.
Dubbed campaignWORKS, the new site has been set up for channel sales, marketing and management staff to create inhouse campaigns.
Resources available to Bell Micro partners include a template which can be used to create direct mail pieces, e-shots, and telemarketing scripts.
The Surrey-based firm reckoned the tool will keep marketing costs low for resellers for hot [yawn] topics such as virtualisation and green IT issues by keeping the work inhouse, rather than paying for pesky printers and design agencies.
Bell Micro said once a campaign was created on the site, materials would be available for immediate download or could alternatively be sent as direct mail items directly to print, or to a database for distribution.
It said in a statement: "campaignWORKS is ultimately designed to let Channel businesses maintain contact with customers and prospects on a regular basis building better business relationships." ®
