Since he probably pissed away most of the money (and spent the rest on legal fees), the banks will probably get pennies on the dollar. What he really needs to worry about is some pissed off cowboy getting his address after he gets out and getting his own pound of flesh. The Feds give you up to six months to settle your affairs before reporting to prison. That's a long time for someone to track him down. I wonder how they caught him.
