Dimension Data has set up a team of 32 Avaya field engineers.
This makes DiData one the UK's largest Avaya support teams. The team can provide hardware diagnosis and replacement across the UK.
The company is also holding spare parts at seven UK locations. The managed services will be available under DiData's service level agreements. As well as the UK the service will also be available in "other key locations across EMEA". ®
