MIS Corporate Defence Solutions (CDS) Ltd is buying i-Sentral Security Ltd.

The deal makes 15-year-old MIS CDS one of the UK's largest security providers, offering everything from firewalls to compliance. Late last year it bought the IT security business of Nexus Technology Ltd - a specialist security software provider.

The all cash deal includes i-Sentral assets and staff. ®
