Hamsard is paying £3.3m for the managed services business of CSF - the solutions part of the company was bought by Logicalis in December [1].
CSF managing director Mike Northall joins Hamsard's management team and Hamsard, Blue River, NSA, and CSF Managed Services will be integrated into one group and brand. More from Hamsard here [2]. ®
