Hamsard is paying £3.3m for the managed services business of CSF - the solutions part of the company was bought by Logicalis in December.
CSF managing director Mike Northall joins Hamsard's management team and Hamsard, Blue River, NSA, and CSF Managed Services will be integrated into one group and brand. More from Hamsard here. ®
