Danware is opening a UK subsidiary under the name NetOp Tech Ltd and is looking to recruit resellers.
The company makes remote controls, teaching software and security products. It has already opened an office in Reading, Berkshire and got eight staff on board.
Mark Kibblewhite, an ex-Microsoft channel manager, joined as country manager in September. He said: "We already have 2,000 customers here, but are looking to invest in a more structured and focused partner base to accerlerate this growth and make NetOp a recognisable brand within our key market sectors."
Enterprise International signed up last month.
Danware is listed in Copenhagen and already has subsidiaries in Germany and the US.®
