AMD 65nm dual-core Turion laptop CPUs due Q2 2007?

AMD will take its main mobile microprocessor families into the 65nm era during Q2 2007, it has been claimed. The so-called 'Revision G' update will see the addition of 800MHz DDR 2 memory support to the CPUs' on-board memory controller.
According to a DigiTimes report citing Taiwanese laptop-maker sources, the first 65nm mobiles will be 35W Turion 64 X2 dual-core ships - codenamed 'Tyler' - and 25W single-core 'Sherman' Mobile Semprons.
The report didn't list the speed grades at which the chips will ship, but it did say they will all support 100MHz clock-speed increments. They will also use AMD's 638-pin Socket S1 interconnect.
The sources claimed that by the end of Q1 2008, all of AMD's mobile processors will be fabbed at 65nm. ®
