UK distie VIP is buying Huntingdon-based Realtime Distribution - best-known for supplying gaming components.
With an annual turnover of over £200m, VIP will keep Realtime trading under its own name and retain its current directors.
VIP Computer Centre Ltd chairman Jatti Sahni said: “There is a great deal of synergy between VIP and Realtime’s businesses. Together we have a stronger base of customers and strength of PC component volumes. This will allow an enhanced position in the UK market for both companies.” ®
