Matrix Communications Group confirmed today that its distribution business may be up for sale. A decision is due within weeks, the company added.
The comms services group issued a statement this morning saying it was in discussions with a number of competing parties which may or may not lead to a sale of its hardware distribution activities.
It said that while there was no guarantee the talks could lead to a deal, it expected the process would be wrapped up one way or another before it releases its preliminary results for 2005. These are expected in the week beginning 13 February. ®
