Matrix Communications preps distie sale23 Jan 2006 13:24 Talks with competing partiesMatrix Communications Group confirmed today that its distribution business may be up for sale. A decision is due within weeks, the company added. The comms services group issued a statement this morning saying it was in discussions with a number of competing parties which may or may not lead to a sale of its hardware distribution activities. It said that while there was no guarantee the talks could lead to a deal, it expected the process would be wrapped up one way or another before it releases its preliminary results for 2005. These are expected in the week beginning 13 February. ®
