7global buys Fairbridge

7global Managed Services is buying privately held Fairbridge Communications.

7global, with 99 employees, offers managed services and applications for a monthly subscription.

Fairbridge is based in Harrogate and employs 50 people. It specialises in security and managed services for SMEs and corporates.

John Severs, formerly 7global's director of technology services, becomes group chief technology officer.
