Ingram Micro today updated guidance for Q4 ahead of an investor conference. All rather dull really, as the guidance is the same as issued on 27 October.
But dull is what you want from a IT distributor, especially with rivals Bell Micro, Tech Data and - on a more parochial basis - Northamber delivering nasty profit shocks lately.
In case you want reminding ngram sales are expected to range from $7.75bn to $8bn, with net income ranging from $78m to $84m. The company is doing particularly well with sales growth as it has had to cope with a softer euro, which is 10 per cent lower against the dollar than a year ago. ®
