Memory maker Kingston Technologies has signed IBM to provide its customers with on-site support in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Customers signing up to KingstonCare programme will get help from IBM engineers and replacement memory should anything go wrong. The service also provides telephone support and "excellent response times."
