TSG goes for Smees

Proactive support for smaller biz

Technical Services Group (TSG) is offering a new support service for Small and Medium Enterprises.

TSG’s service “System Care” promises to be a more responsive and reactive form of support for Smees.

There are three levels of support - System Care 1- fixing IT systems when they go wrong, System Care 2 which actively monitors IT systems to spot and fix problems before they become serious issues and finally System Care Options which puts TSG experts on site to fix specific problems or projects.

The company claims to respond to 95 per cent of customer queries within an hour. Costs start at £5 per PC per week.

In other news TSG has been named Pegasus Software partner of the year ahead of 150 other resellers.

TSG was started by Graham Wylie, the founder of Sage, in 2003. It has been busy buying resellers ever since.
