Software consultancy Edenbrook is getting a £1m investment from venture capitalists Elderstreet.
Edenbrook will use the money to finance its growth plans, both organically and through acquisition. It is kicking off by buying Moliere, a Manchester-based consultancy which employs 41 people.
Edenbrook names Microsoft, Oracle, IBM and SAP as core technology competencies.
